Our complex care involves specialised care and support to individuals with life-limiting medical needs, helping them live comfortably in their own homes. Our nurse-led carers provide compassionate personalised care that supports both medical and personal aspects of life.

Our Complex Care Services

Teesside Personnel’s complex care team offers a range of specialised services, each provided with expert attention to meet medical standards. These include:

Tracheostomy Care: Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of airways.

Catheterisation and Bowel Care: Assistance with catheter and stoma management.

Gastrostomy Care: Safe and hygienic feeding tube care.

Wound Care and Skin Management: Preventative and therapeutic care for skin integrity.

Conditions we Support.

We offer care and support to a wide range of medical conditions including:

  • Palliative Care: dignified care and support when one is in the final stages of life.
  • Neurological Disorders: we support a variety of neurological conditions which include ALS, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s.
  • Ventilator Care: respiratory care for individuals in need of mechanical ventilation.

Our Complex Care Team

We have a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and highly trained carers, all equipped with the skills to provide complex care.  Every team member takes specialised training to mange complex health needs effectively, with continuous training to ensure bespoke service.
